• - The order can be canceled by customer request within 2 days upon placement with full refund.

• - If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 50% of the item's cost because of production expenses.

• We accept returns & exchanges if:

• - we've send you the wrong item

• - the item is the wrong color

• - the item is damaged.

• Returns and exchanges are NOT POSSIBLE if:

• - the item doesn't fit, or sits on the figure in a different way, as it's shown on photos

• - buyer didn't like the item to the touch

• - buyer didn't like the thickness of the item

• - the accessories (trims) are too shiny

• - customer ignorance of the types of material which the items are manufactured from.
