SCHRITT EINS: BH-GRÖSSE MESSEN

Legen Sie das Maßband um Ihren Brustkorb, direkt unter der Brust. Das Klebeband sollte eng anliegen, aber nicht einengen. Halten Sie es gerade, sodass das Klebeband parallel zum Boden verläuft.

SCHRITT ZWEI KÖRPERGRÖSSE MESSEN

Wählen Sie die stärkste Stelle Ihrer Brust und legen Sie das Maßband darum herum. Wickeln Sie es nicht zu fest – das Klebeband sollte gerade über Ihrem Körper liegen. Es ist besser, die Brust zu messen, wenn Sie einen nicht gepolsterten BH tragen.
